The national park which is located at Banten province calls Ujung kulon because of it location is situated at west corner of Java Island. Kulon means west in English. Ujung Kulon national Park was built at 1820 by Organization for Scientific Research in Netherland Indies. But unfortunately many visitors who come there is not only a scientist but also some hunter. Many of them (The hunter) were coming to hunt some rare animal which only can be found at this location. It makes the Indies Government at that time decides to make some regulation to protect this location from extinction. Today this location has become one of the famous vacation destination sites. We can find many rare creatures which only can live in this location. We can find one horn rhinoceros (Rhinocerus sundaicus) which is also calls bacusa. This rare animal only can be found at this location. Today, the population of this animal is only 50 – 60 species left. Besides of that animal, we also can see many rare and wild animals such as hound dog, Tiger, Java Bull, Lemur, Stone cat, and not less than 270 bird species. Besides the animal, the visitor can find some rare plantaion too. We can find not less than 70 species rare plantation at this location. Speaking about the Panorama, The visitor will amaze by beautiful panorama which can be found at this location. We can see the mount Krakatau from the distance at this vacation spot.
